The corrugated outer wall delivers ring stiffness from SN4 to SN16, while the smooth inner wall (typically blue) minimizes friction and maximizes flow. ◆ Socket & Spigot Connection — 3–5× Faster Than Concrete. EPDM rubber ring seal joint requires no welding, no specialized machinery. Simply push the spigot into the socket — 100% leak-proof even under soil movement. Installation speed is 3–5 times faster than concrete or steel pipe.
◆ 50-Year Buried Service Life. HDPE is chemically inert — resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts (pH 2–12). Unlike concrete (which erodes) or steel (which rusts), DWC pipe requires zero maintenance once buried. Embrittlement temperature is −70°C — no special protection needed above −30°C.
◆ Nesting Shipping — Save Up to 50% on Freight. We nest smaller-diameter DWC pipes inside larger ones for container loading. For example, DN300 fits inside DN600. This maximizes container utilization and directly reduces your landed cost per meter for large-diameter drainage projects.
