◆ Anti-Creep & Low Thermal Expansion. Unlike standard PE pipes that creep and elongate under constant pressure, the steel mesh skeleton locks the pipe structure in place. Thermal expansion is reduced to a level similar to steel pipe — fewer expansion joints needed for long-distance pipelines.
◆ Triple-Layer Composite — Strength + Safety. Outer layer: weather-resistant HDPE. Middle layer: high-strength steel wire mesh grid. Inner layer: food-grade virgin HDPE — non-toxic, odorless, certified for drinking water. The steel mesh is fully encapsulated and cannot rust, even if the outer surface is scratched.
◆ Electrofusion — Reinforced Joints, Zero Leaks. Specialized SRTP electrofusion fittings create joints as strong as the pipe itself. The welded connection bonds all three layers, ensuring a leak-proof, monolithic network. Flange connections available for valves and equipment interfaces.
