◆ Self-Lubricating — Friction Coefficient 0.07–0.11. The naturally low-friction surface prevents material buildup, scaling, and blockages. This reduces pumping energy costs by up to 25% compared to steel pipe, while eliminating the need for chemical scale inhibitors in long-distance slurry transport.
◆ 1/8th the Weight of Steel + Flexible Installation. UHMWPE is dramatically lighter than steel, reducing crane and transport costs.
