PE-RT II pipe handles hot water up to 80°C continuously, but its performance depends on joints that can do the same. Standard PE fittings soften at these temperatures — PE-RT II fittings are formulated for thermal endurance. Our electrofusion PE-RT II fittings use embedded heating coils and digital barcode-controlled fusion to create homogeneous joints that are stronger than the PE-RT II pipe itself. For secondary heating networks, district heating laterals, and industrial hot water, PE-RT II fittings ensure that every junction maintains the same thermal and pressure performance as the pipe.
