In 2026, SANJIE delivered a heating project in Mongolia. It ran through the same nine stages we use on every order — the difference was that all nine ran for one remote site, with no local supply chain to fall back on.

1. Requirements We started from the client's heating demand, building layout and site conditions, and collected the drawings and specifications the design had to meet.

2. Selection of models Pipe diameters, valves and equipment were selected against those requirements — including balancing and thermostatic valves sized to the circuits they serve.

3. Match Every item was matched to a spec we could actually manufacture and ship, and cross-checked against the drawings, so nothing was quoted that could not be supplied in the sizes required.

4. Preliminary Design We issued a preliminary layout of the heating system for the client to review before any detailed drawing work started.

5. Drawings The layout went through 4 revisions until the final drawing set was approved — that approved set became the basis for the whole order.

6. Sample  before production.

7. Production Materials were produced and packed to the approved drawing rather than to a standard catalogue list, then packed by system into one container. On a remote site, one missing fitting can stop a crew for a week.

8. Delivery Shipped as 1× 45 ft container and unloaded on site, with the packing list checked against the drawings before installation began.

9. After-Sales Service Our engineer worked alongside the local crew for 30 days — threading, jointing, mounting and pressure testing — and stayed until the first circuits passed. Support continued after handover.
