Sanjie's advanced continuous extrusion-and-foaming technology ensures a monolithic bond between the inner steel pipe, the 50-60kg/m³ rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam core, and the outer HDPE protective jacket. This integrated design completely eliminates structural "Thermal Bridges" and moisture ingress. Operating at a continuous working temperature of 120°C, the system successfully reduced municipal thermal energy dissipation by 25%, securing stable winter heating for over 30,000 local residents with a guaranteed service life of 30+ years.
