Why Sanjie Steel Column Radiators Beat Panel and Import
28 years of steel fabrication behind every radiator. Most panel radiators are factory-stamped from thin sheet steel and welded in seconds. Our vertical column radiator is fabricated from premium low-carbon steel (DC01/Q195) tubes welded one by one into a pressure-tested assembly rated at 10 bar working and 15 bar test. Four-stage surface treatment (degrease, phosphate, electrostatic powder coat, cure) creates a pure white RAL 9016 finish that resists bathroom humidity and yellowing for decades. ISO 9001-certified line with full traceability from steel coil to finished radiator.
◆ Thick Low-Carbon Steel - Rapid Heat-Up, Lasting Warmth. DC01/Q195 steel tubes heat up approximately 30 percent faster than cast iron and retain warmth longer than thin panel steel. Convection through the open column design plus radiant heat from the tube surfaces provide even room warming without the hot-spot discomfort of single-panel radiators.
◆ 4-Stage Anti-Corrosion Finish. Degreasing removes fabrication oils. Phosphating creates a rust-resistant conversion layer. Electrostatic powder coating applies uniform color coverage. Controlled oven curing hardens the finish. The result is a bathroom-safe radiator finish rated for high-humidity environments.
◆ Full OEM Customization - Any RAL Color, Any Size. Beyond standard RAL 9016 white, we offer any RAL palette color. Custom heights from 300-2000mm, column counts from 2-8, and multiple width options. Minimum order quantity applies for custom radiator configurations.
◆ Export Packaging That Survives Global Shipping. Every radiator is wrapped in protective foam film, packed in 5-layer reinforced corrugated carton, and secured on fumigated plywood pallets. Brackets, air vent, and blanking plug included. Valves available as optional accessories.
