Rapid municipal expansion in Jakarta demanded a highly reliable, leak-free, and safe water supply pipe grid. Sanjie Pipe Mart supplied over 15 kilometers of PE100 HDPE Water Supply Pipes (SDR17 PN10 and SDR11 PN16) with co-extruded blue identification lines, ranging from DN110 to DN630.

Certified with professional Drinking Water Safety Permits, Sanjie’s HDPE pipes are made from 100% premium food-grade raw materials, ensuring non-toxic, scale-free, and rust-free drinking water delivery. Utilizing butt-fusion welding technology, the pipe joints became stronger than the pipe body itself, achieving zero leakage. The inherent flexibility of PE100 allows the pipeline to easily absorb ground subsidence and heavy traffic vibrations in urban areas, ensuring a secure 50+ year water supply lifeline.
